Your Key Responsibilities as a Receptionist:

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all visitors and callers
  • Manage visitor sign-ins, ensuring guests are looked after from arrival to departure
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with confidence and clarity, taking and relaying messages where needed
  • Maintain a tidy, professional reception area at all times
  • Handle general administrative duties including post, stationery orders, and document filing
  • Prepare meeting rooms with refreshments and materials ahead of client or internal meetings
  • Assist with light facilities support when required

What we’re looking for in a Receptionist:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role is essential
  • Experience in the legal, private medical, or professional services sector is a strong advantage
  • Polished, professional, and confident with an excellent phone manner
  • Friendly and approachable - you enjoy making others feel welcome
  • Comfortable working across tasks and departments, with a "can-do" attitude
  • Organised, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word
