Oliver James are partnered with an innovative healthcare organisation, who work closely with both NHS and health service partners. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with the management and support of key healthcare projects. This role is perfect for someone with a background in the NHS or healthcare services, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, and communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources for healthcare initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, including the Head of IT.

  • Organise meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and risk logs.

  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the NHS or health services.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, and the NHS environment.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare project management or digital health projects.

  • Familiarity with Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies.
