An Assistant Restaurant Manager is required for this Michelin Star Restaurant set in the vibrant and eclectic city of Birmingham.

This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status no sponsorship is provided.

The restaurant is chic and beautifully decorated, creating an air of luxury for customers to breathe in as they sample the exquisite modern British cuisine available on the gastronomic tasting menus.

All produce is locally sourced and only the finest ingredients and there is private dining available.

You must have a background in a minimum 2AA Rosette establishment, and without this experience, your application unfortunately can't be considered.
