Assistant Restaurant Manager - Outstanding Fine Dining Restaurant - Birmingham

Our client is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their outstanding fine dining restaurant in Birmingham. The restaurant serves high quality food and is about offering superb service and experience to all guests. This is an opportunity for an ambitious junior manager or supervisor to take on a management role in this well run buisness. You will be career driven with a passion for hospitality. Wine knowledge or a WSET qualification woild be an advantadge. The role is working Wednesday to Saturday so 4 days per week.

The Person -

Ideally minimum 2AA Rosette experience essential from an independent restaurant ot hotel
Hands on floor based manager excellent at interacting with guests and ensuing outstanding service.
Excellent trainer and motivator
Immaculate presentation
Good working knowledge of wines
