They're dedicated to delivering excellent tenant services, fostering safe and thriving communities, and investing in initiatives that support residents to sustain their tenancies and live independently.Your new roleThe Neighbourhood Investment Manager plays a key role in creating safe, attractive, and sustainable communities by leading improvements to estates and local environments that reflect the needs and priorities of residents. Working closely with teams across property services, tenancy management, and commercial operations, they deliver coordinated solutions that enhance neighbourhoods and support long-term tenancy success. They manage projects using data and insight to ensure resources are used effectively and outcomes are delivered on time. The role also involves tackling issues such as crime and anti-social behaviour through targeted local initiatives, all with a strong focus on resident wellbeing and community resilience.
