This well-established company offer high quality, person-led care and support for adults with mental health and learning disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.In this varied role you will be working both remotely with travel around the North of UK and Midlands as you work within the tight-knit quality team of 3 carrying out a range of leadership responsibilities including supporting operational teams, leading audits and investigations and overseeing training processes.This role would suit a Quality Manager / Registered Manager or similar from a Supported Living background looking for a varied and rewarding role in a steadily expanding organization providing person-centred care to adults who need it most.The Role:

  • Oversee and further quality processes within the business
  • Support operational teams to meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead audits and investigations, providing clear actions and learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement governance, risk, and policy improvements.
  • Promote best practice through training, data analysis, and service engagement.
  • Attend sites across the Midlands and North of UK

  • Quality Leadership / Registered Manager experience
  • Supported Living background
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification
