Support Worker – Children’s Residential Homes (Learning Disabilities & EBD)

We’re looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in a 3 bedded residential home.

You’ll help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities – creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure.

  • Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children.

  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Experience with children or learning disabilities is essential

  • Driving licence essential

  • Residential childcare qualification is preffered
