I am looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor who is immediately available to work in Birmingham for a housing association. The Damp and Mould Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out damp and mould surveys over a 12 month fixed term. Hybrid working and mileage will be provided.
Duties of the Damp and Mould Surveyor:
- General day-to-day maintenance.
- Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys
- Scheduling day to day repairs.
- Identify the root cause and oversee trades on site carrying out repairs
Damp and Mould Surveyor essentials:
- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change.
- Experience within social housing.
- Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys.
