Job Description:We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Temporary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive primary school team in Harborne. This role involves working closely with children who have special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them succeed in a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individual pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

  • Work alongside the class teacher to deliver personalised learning plans

  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being

  • Assist with classroom organisation and pupil supervision

  • Record and report pupil progress to teaching and SEN staff

Person Specification:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (essential)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA or similar) preferred

  • Available to start at short notice
