You'll be joining a committed and supportive team, making a genuine impact every day. This is a long term opportunity with potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism and speech & language needs.
  • Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
  • Helping to create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment.
  • Using visual aids and structured routines to promote positive behaviour and engagement.

Who We're Looking For Someone That:

  • Has previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting.
  • Understands how to build positive relationships through consistency and encouragement.
  • Is calm, reliable, and confident when managing challenging behaviours.
  • Works well as part of a team and is always ready to get stuck in.

All applicants will need a valid DBS and two references to be considered for a trial day.
