About the Role:
- Full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent
- Teaching a small class of Year 3/4 pupils whose learning levels are working within the EYFS framework
- Pupils have complex learning needs, requiring a patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
- Supported by a strong team of teaching assistants and senior leadership
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with proven experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings
- A confident classroom practitioner skilled in planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons
- Someone with strong behaviour management and a calm, caring approach
- A teacher who can create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
