About the Role:We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Cradley Heath as Hot Forge Press Operators. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in engineering and manufacturing with full training provided. No previous experience is required - just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic!
Key Responsibilities:- Operate hot forge press machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials into the press
- Monitor production quality and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
