The ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE role could suit most people as they will consider both experienced office workers and graduate's, however some office experience would be ideal.
These two roles have become available due to growth and new customer wins.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS- Salary circa £25,000-£26,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday office hours of 9 am - 5 pm on a permanent, full-time basis

The main duties included within the role of the ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE , are:
- Making changes to customer agreements online
- Creating and issuing invoices
- Answering calls from suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Completing cancellation of contracts
- Calculating partial settlement agreements for customers
- Carrying out customer contract upgrades
- Actioning incoming post
- Assisting with the re-scheduling of customer agreements
- Monitoring your inbox and communicating with both customers and suppliers by e-mail, daily.
- Using the E-sign document platform to send out agreements
- Working on incoming support tickets in a helpdesk fashion
- Supporting the department manager with adhoc tasks
