Junior Quality Engineer- Rare opportunity for someone with a basis in quality engineering or mechanical inspection to develop their career in an established aerospace parts manufacturer. The role supports the quality and inspection teams across all aspects of inspection, auditing and quality reporting and we are looking for an ambitious individual wo wants to learn and train in manufacturing quality at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake training to develop the skills necessary to become a competent Quality Engineer.
  • Assist with internal auditing processes and support external audits, e.g. customer, Nadcap.
  • Support the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) relating to customers, internal processes, and suppliers.
  • Assist with PPAP, supplier assessment, quality goals monitoring, 8D etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of Quality Engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous exposure to quality standards and auditing processes.
