We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our client who are an independent firm of property specialists based in Bishop’s Stortford. The successful candidate must have previous experience in customer service with ideally sales and working towards KPI’s.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.Benefits:

  • Basic up to £25,000
  • OTE £30,000
  • Monday to Friday, 3 in 4 Saturdays (day back in lieu when worked)
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Accompanying viewings on occasions
  • Vendor care
  • Call outs
  • Registering applicants details on the database
  • Buyer re/qualification
  • Supporting with sales progression
  • Booking viewings and valuations
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience with some sales working towards KPI's
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Well-spoken with good telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Ambitious
  • The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
  • Target driven and highly motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
