Are you a proactive and technically skilled surveyor looking to make a real impact in social housing? Sellick Partnership are looking for a maintenance Surveyor to help ensure customers' homes are safe, comfortable, and up to standard.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:

  • Survey and inspect properties to identify issues and oversee repairs and improvements.
  • Diagnose complex building issues including damp, mould, disrepair, and subsidence.
  • Carry out pre- and post-inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to deliver works on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and scopes of work using digital tools and systems.

The successful Maintenance Surveyor will have:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in a surveying or building-related field.
  • Solid knowledge of damp and mould causes.
  • Experience in contract delivery and using schedules of rates.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and statutory compliance.
