Duties for the role of Building Surveyor include:

  • Carry out building conditions surveys and Quinquenniel inspections
  • Carry out report writing and preparing schedules of repairs
  • Work on planning and building regulation applications
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors whilst taking on technical challenges

Skills and experience for the role of Building Surveyor:

  • Degree within Building Surveying
  • MRICS accredited
  • Strong post qualification experience as a Building Surveyor within a UK company
