Duties for the role of Building Surveyor include:
- Carry out building conditions surveys and Quinquenniel inspections
- Carry out report writing and preparing schedules of repairs
- Work on planning and building regulation applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors whilst taking on technical challenges
Skills and experience for the role of Building Surveyor:
- Degree within Building Surveying
- MRICS accredited
- Strong post qualification experience as a Building Surveyor within a UK company
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver's license
- Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
