This role will support operations teams and senior stakeholders, delivering accurate financial reports, forecasts, and insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce and manage clear financial and management reports, including variance and cost analysis.

Challenge and support financial performance, identifying exceptions and driving improvements.

Prepare and review financial reports.

Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and complete accurate reconciliations.

Promote and improve financial processes to help managers drive performance.

Lead robust forecasting, budgeting, and support business planning.

Partner with non-financial senior stakeholders and teams to improve reporting understanding.

Identify and assess risk in line with policies and controls.
Requirements:

Qualified accountant.

Strong background in management accounts and business partnering.

Skilled in financial reporting and Excel.
-
Resilient under pressure and focused on continuous improvement.
