An established £14m turnover manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support financial planning and reporting.
This newly created, permanent position offers a salary between £40,000 and £45,000, depending on experience.
Candidates should have a background in manufacturing or product-based environments and be CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified, with relevant experience considered.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, conducting cost analysis, and supporting the annual budgeting process.

An established £14m turnover manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a key role focused on cost control, systems development, and delivering high-quality financial insight.This is a newly created, permanent position, with scope for progression within a fast-growing groupKey Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial forecasts
Conduct detailed cost analysis, track margins, and lead initiatives to identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities
Develop and manage key financial KPIs to monitor business performance and support strategic decision-making
Provide clear variance analysis and forecasting to highlight financial trends, risks, and opportunities
Support the annual budgeting process and contribute to longer-term financial planning
Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting tools, with a focus on automation and data accuracy
Ensure strong internal controls and full compliance with financial regulations and audit standards
Partner with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial insight and influence commercial decisions
Maintain high reporting standards, consistently meeting tight deadlines under pressure

Candidate Profile:

CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified ( QBE considered with relevant experience )
Background in manufacturing or product based environments
Strong understanding of costing and financial systems
=Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Confident communicator, able to engage across the business
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Package & Benefits:

£40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)
25 days holiday + 8 statutory days
