They are seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to bring creativity and precision to their award-winning pastry section, crafting exceptional desserts and baked goods to the highest standards.

- £34,000 per annum plus up to £8,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef De Partie
- Preparing and executing an array of high-end pastry dishes to Michelin-star standards
- Ensuring precision, consistency, and exceptional presentation in every dessert
- Working closely with senior chefs to develop and refine pastry offerings
- Maintaining an organised and efficient pastry section
- Adhering to the highest food hygiene and safety standards
