Salary £23,557 gross per annum pro rata 18.5 hrs per weekWork pattern will be discussed with the successful candidate but will be either:
All day Monday and Tuesday, plus Wednesday morning
Or
Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and Friday
The Role
Working within the MIS/IT Services you will be required to provide comprehensive admission support to the college and prospective learners. You will work with the Admissions Manager to coordinate the day-to-day admissions service, inclusive of regular interview evenings and attendance at open events. You will provide a consistent and effective service for all stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
You must be able to evidence by production of qualification certificates that you are qualified to Level 2 in English and Maths. You will have significant experience of a customer service background and the ability to work in a highly organised, methodical and accurate manner to deal with a demanding workload and achieve deadlines and targets.
