Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Work within a medium to high batch machining cell.
- Utilize excellent tooling knowledge to ensure cutting strategies suit high-volume production.
- Interpret detailed engineering drawings to deliver conforming parts.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to maintain high standards of health and safety.
Qualifications:
- Time-served CNC Turner with programming experience.
- Proficient in Fanuc controls and multi-axis turning centers.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tooling selection, and cutting strategies.
- Ability to work with various materials, including exotic grade alloys.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
