Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher seeking a leadership opportunity within a Blackburn Family Hub? Tradewind is partnering with a vibrant hub to recruit a dedicated teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for all nursery staff.

In this key role, you will utilise your strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum to create stimulating and effective learning experiences for young children. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive lesson plans, providing guidance and resources to nursery practitioners, and ensuring a consistent high-quality of educational provision across the hub. Your passion for early years education and your ability to inspire colleagues will be crucial to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lesson plans for all nursery staff to implement.
  • Develop and share high-quality teaching resources and materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursery practitioners on curriculum delivery and best practice.
  • Model effective teaching strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of lesson plans on children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with the Family Hub leadership team to ensure a cohesive and effective early years provision.
  • Keep up-to-date with current EYFS guidance and best practice.
  • Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Engage in relevant training and professional development opportunities.
