About the Role
As a Nursing Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the running of the Nursing Home, including compliance with CQC standards, staff management, and the delivery of exceptional nursing and residential care. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the Nursing Home, ensuring it is a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Home
Ensure the Nursing Home meets all CQC requirements and regulatory standards
Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing and care staff within the Nursing Home
Oversee care planning and risk assessments for residents in the Nursing Home
Drive continuous improvement to enhance the quality of care within the Nursing Home
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements
Active NMC Pin – essential
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance within a Nursing Home
A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
