  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team (4 direct reports)
  • Deliver end-to-end procurement strategies focused on raw materials and packaging
  • Build and nurture supplier relationships to ensure cost-efficiency, quality and supply continuity
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation
  • Negotiate contracts and secure the best value for the business
  • Ensure all procurement practices are aligned with environmental and regulatory standards
  • Partner with planning, production and logistics to meet demand forecasts and minimise risk
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier performance reviews
  • Monitor procurement KPIs and deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making
What We’re Looking ForEssential:
  • Minimum 3 years' procurement experience within FMCG, with a focus on raw materials and packaging
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Commercially minded with a keen eye for cost optimisation and efficiency
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and the use of procurement software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Desirable:
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • CIPS qualified or relevant degree in supply chain, procurement or business
