Marketing Assistant

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Admissions, providing crucial support across a wide range of marketing activities. From assisting with exciting events like Open Days to crafting engaging social media content and producing stunning printed materials, your work will be vital in showcasing our partnership School to prospective families and the wider community.

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the School, including admissions, venue hire, and external events.
• Supporting the preparation for key marketing events such as Open Days/Evenings, exhibitions, and corporate gatherings.
• Helping to create and edit media releases for publication.
• Contributing to the production of printed materials, including prospectuses, leaflets, booklets, and event literature.
• Assisting with our social media promotion and contributing to our evolving digital marketing strategy.
• Acting as the first point of contact for marketing and press enquiries in the absence of the Head of Marketing and Admissions.
• Conducting tours of the School for event guests.
• Liaising with photographers, videographers, journalists, and internal departments for promotional activities.
• Assisting with updates to the School website.
• Supporting the Head of Marketing and Admissions in ensuring adherence to our brand guidelines.
• Working closely with the Admissions Team to support their activities, including events and mailshots.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to collate, coordinate, and deliver the school Magazine.

We're seeking a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. While previous marketing experience is a plus, we're particularly interested in candidates who are eager to learn, adapt, and bring fresh ideas to our team. You should be a team player who can build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
