Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth work flow and organisation.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
  • Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors to maintain an efficient work space.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as on boarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
