Office Manager

£28,000 + 15% Company Bonus + Benefits

An independent business in Chorley are recruiting for an Office Manager, they're a professional services based company and are employee owned.

This means zero hierarchy, 15% annual bonus and all employees have their voice heard, meaning you can make positive change and be heard as their Office Manager.

The branch is brilliant, a small team of 6, support one another, positivity and good energy between the team every single day and just all get on like a real unit. It's an office where you can find friends for life for sure.

Your remit would cover all office management and senior administration support to the Advisors, managing the running of the office, driving actions to deliver results across the team, compliance and networking including arranging client events.

You'll be at the forefront of client relationships and interaction so it's paramount that you have the personality to build long lasting relationships, be personable and outgoing but also able to stand your ground and be firm when it comes to office processes.
