Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher seeking a rewarding role within a Blackburn Primary School?

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Blackburn to appoint a passionate EYFS Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective lessons to our youngest learners.

Drawing upon your strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, you will create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment where children thrive. You will develop comprehensive lesson plans, assess and track children's progress, and work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child. Your passion for early years education and your ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
  • Assess, monitor, and track children's progress and development, using this information to inform future planning.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other support staff to meet the diverse needs of all children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and ethos.
  • Keep up-to-date with current EYFS guidance and best practice.
  • Engage in relevant training and professional development opportunities.

  • A DBS Child Only on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
