School Receptionist

Hours: Part time, 25 hours per week, 9.30am-3pm, Mon-Fri (term time only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • Support the school office in various administrative duties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Other duties as assigned by school management.

Requirements:

  • Receptionist/Admin experience is essential
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with staff and parents.
  • Autonomous and able to efficiently handle a range of tasks that will often fluctuate day to day.
