Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the legal field? Adecco are recruiting on behalf of an established and reputable legal team.

With previous Legal experience you will be the backbone of their legal operations, providing essential support to the team of solicitors and ensuring the smooth running of the practise administration

Duties will include:


Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Client Interaction: Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing updates while maintaining confidentiality.
Scheduling and Coordination: organise meetings, appointments, and court dates, ensuring everything runs like clockwork!
Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, billing, and maintaining records.


Previous experience in legal administration or similar within a legal setting is preferred.
Skills: Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Team Player: A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with 1 hour lunch break.

21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
