Are you a caring, reliable, and adaptable individual looking to make a real impact in education?We're currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner SEN schools in Blackpool.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role:* Position: Teaching Assistant (SEN - Supply)* Location: Blackpool* Start Date: as soon as possible * Hours: Full-time / Part-time options available* Pay: £90 - £120 per day

Key Responsibilities:* Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges.* Work 1:1 and in small groups to promote engagement, independence, and progress.* Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.* Contribute to daily routines, sensory activities, and emotional regulation support.

What We're Looking For:* Experience supporting children with additional needs (in school, care, or youth work settings).* A patient, resilient, and proactive approach.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic school setting.* A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through us).
