We’re hiring a confident, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales Manager and help streamline processes for a growing sales department. This brand-new position has been created to take the pressure off our Sales Manager so they can focus on leading the team – and not be buried in admin. If you thrive on organisation, love working with systems, and are a natural problem-solver, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running and maintaining accurate sales reports
  • Analysing performance data and identifying trends
  • Entering and updating sales into our internal systems
  • Cross-referencing deals and ensuring all information matches
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Acting as the go-to support for the wider sales team
  • Spotting inefficiencies and suggesting smarter ways of working
