We’re hiring a confident, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales Manager and help streamline processes for a growing sales department. This brand-new position has been created to take the pressure off our Sales Manager so they can focus on leading the team – and not be buried in admin. What You’ll Be Doing
- Running and maintaining accurate sales reports
- Analysing performance data and identifying trends
- Entering and updating sales into our internal systems
- Cross-referencing deals and ensuring all information matches
- Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day admin tasks
- Acting as the go-to support for the wider sales team
- Spotting inefficiencies and suggesting smarter ways of working
What We’re Looking For
- Solid background in administration, ideally in a sales environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and analysing data
- Tech-savvy – confident using CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools
- Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proactive mindset – youre not afraid to take ownership or offer improvements
- Flexible and adaptable – this is a new role, and we’re open to fresh ideas
