Having recruited on behalf of this company for many years, we’ve seen many previous placements thrive in their busy office! You’ll have plenty of training and support from your new manager and team. We’re keen to find people who are keen to learn and pride themselves on offering excellent customer service.
Vacancy 1 | Sales Coordinator / Administrator | £26,500 per annum
As a sales coordinator you’ll be providing administrative support to the internal and field-based sales executives by…
- Speaking with customers via phone and email to answer queries
- Generate quotes and process customer orders
- Check the status of orders and update customers on delivery dates
Vacancy 2 | Technical Support | £27,500 per annum
Providing advice and guidance to customers on the company’s fire & security, electrical and EV charger product range relating to installation &/or repair
- Providing technical guidance and support to customers on products via phone and email
- Logging and keeping a record of reported faults
- Providing instructions and advice to customers from routine queries to more complex issues
An understanding, or interest in the product range is all you need! You’ll be surrounded by an experienced team who will be able to assist in your training.
Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Friday rota: 7:30am-4pm, 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
- Permanent office-based opportunity in Blackpool (FY4)
- 20 days annual leave increasing to 25 days with length of service plus bank holidays
