HR Advisor - Blackpool, Lancashire.

**New opportunity - gain plenty of professional HR experience in a broad, real-world, busy HR Advisor position**

My client is a well-established business with offices across the North of England. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an HR function, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, varied and challenging position.

Working alongside the HR Manager and also the recruitment team, you will be supporting the operational managers across the organisation with the full range of issues relating to employee relations and employment law.

You will be mentored by the HR manager and supported with investment in training, and as your knowledge and experience builds, you will be able to take on more responsibility for complex cases and also increasing involvement in various business projects.

You will also support the recruitment team, providing HR advice to help facilitate a large programme of recruitment,also looking at employee onboarding and longer-term initiatives to bolster staff retention and morale.

Whilst you will be given the support and training you require, you will also be trusted to work under your own initiative, managing your time effectively and also supporting your colleagues - this is a friendly, supportive environment and you will be joining a growing and enthusiastic team.

Office based in Blackpool, Mon-fri, 9-5

*Please note home working is not available due to the nature of this position*

You must have a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle as travel will be required toother offices in the region.
