What We Offer:

Starting salary between £28,000-£30,000
On-target earnings of £35,000-£40,000 in your first year
Commission paid from day one
35 days holiday per year, plus early finishes (4.5-hour days) during school breaks

What You'll Be Doing:

Finding and interviewing candidates for school roles in the local area
Writing engaging CVs and candidate profiles
Supporting the sales team to match talent with opportunities
Meeting achievable weekly goals while earning commission throughout your journey
