As anHR Advisor, you'll be part of a forward-thinking People and Wellbeing team that plays a key role in shaping the employee experience.Your new roleAs aHR Advisor, you will report directly to the Head of People and act as a key member of the HR team. You'll provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, policy development, and coaching managers. As a HR Advisor you will lead on investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and support with Employment Tribunal preparation. This is a varied and hands-on role with opportunities to mentor junior team members, influence HR systems, and deputise for the Head of People and Wellbeing when requiredWhat you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations
  • Experience coaching and advising managers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent knowledge of employment law and ACAS guidelines.
