Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Property Consultant, you’ll play an integral role in managing and supporting property transactions for a wide range of corporate clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing property cases in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Delivering exceptional service with fairness and transparency.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third-party providers to coordinate and progress transactions.
- Assessing property documentation and formulating informed recommendations.
- Problem-solving with confidence, offering clear and timely solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade A-C.
The Package:
- Starting Salary: £24,570 per annum
- Bonus Scheme: Monthly and annual incentives linked to performance
- Progression Potential: Opportunity to increase basic salary up to £28,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (no weekends or Bank Holidays)
- Annual Leave: 30 days including Bank Holidays

Additional Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must have:
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- The ability to pass a credit check and provide five years of employment references.
