Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Property Consultant, you’ll play an integral role in managing and supporting property transactions for a wide range of corporate clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property cases in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Delivering exceptional service with fairness and transparency.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third-party providers to coordinate and progress transactions.
  • Assessing property documentation and formulating informed recommendations.
  • Problem-solving with confidence, offering clear and timely solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For:

The Package:

  • Starting Salary: £24,570 per annum
  • Bonus Scheme: Monthly and annual incentives linked to performance
  • Progression Potential: Opportunity to increase basic salary up to £28,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (no weekends or Bank Holidays)
  • Annual Leave: 30 days including Bank Holidays

Additional Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must have:

  • The legal right to work in the UK.
