The Role:Joining a well-established property team, you’ll guide clients through key moments in their property journey, from first-time purchases to investment acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a full caseload of residential and light commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Handling a broad range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, mortgage providers, and opposing solicitors to ensure smooth progress on files.
Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service.

What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience in residential conveyancing; experience in commercial property is advantageous.
Ability to manage files independently, with a confident, proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care.
High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
