It’s a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a supportive and forward-thinking law firm.  The Role:Joining a well-established property team, you’ll guide clients through key moments in their property journey, from first-time purchases to investment acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a full caseload of residential and light commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Handling a broad range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, mortgage providers, and opposing solicitors to ensure smooth progress on files.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service.
  What We’re Looking For:
  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing; experience in commercial property is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage files independently, with a confident, proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
