We are after a L4 higher level teaching assistant or L3 teaching assistant with class leadership experience to support a Blackpool Primary Academy. You will be required to work across key stage 2 (years 3-6) covering Teacher PPA or absences. The work will be set and marked by the Teacher; you will be required to deliver the work. A timetable of classes and year groups will be provided to you as well as support. Due to the responsibility of this role, previous experience will be required.

This role is term time on a term time temporary contract to start September 2025, with potential to extend into a permanent contract in January 2026 based on performance etc. Pay is £15-£17 per hour dependant on experience.We are looking for someone qualified, experienced, and committed who can provide consistency and support to this class for the remainder of the year.

Our Primary school is Blackpool based FY1 with local transport routes and local parking available. The school site itself is a new build multi academy with new provisions, modern classes and interactive resources. They have an inclusive and diverse moto where every pupil is welcomed and supported in their development. This school is OFSTED rated Good and driving to excellent.
