Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years professional ready to inspire and nurture young minds?

We're seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our welcoming pre-school setting in Bispham, Blackpool, starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a stimulating and supportive environment where every child can flourish.

About the Role:

You'll be working full-time on temporary contract, this setting is open all year round: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, playing a crucial role in the development and education of our pre-school children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel happy, secure, and confident to explore.
  • Supporting and encouraging toileting with young children.
  • Assisting with the personal care of young children, including babies and under 2-year-olds.
  • Helping with mealtimes, including feeding and cleaning up.
  • Supporting continuous provision, fostering curiosity in learning, and promoting a mix of indoor and outdoor learning to enhance children's development and understanding of the wider world.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to their individual learning journeys.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in your care, adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent recognised qualification).
  • Previous experience working in a pre-school or nursery setting with young children.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children, understanding their unique developmental needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive early years environment.
