Due to continued growth they are looking for a keen CI Engineer to join their team.In this role you will be based in the Blackwood site, focused on leading efforts for Continuous Improvement of the manufacturing process, to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. While also leading project management functions on new CI projects within the business. The role would be suited to a candidate with experience within the Manufacturing industry, with knowledge of process improvement, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering or similar.The Role:*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week *Leading the continuous improvement function on this site*Process improvement to ensure quality and efficiency*Project Management of CI projectsThe Person:*Experience in Manufacturing industry*Knowledge of Continuous Improvements, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar
