What Will Your Maintenance Technician Role Involve?
- Swiftly addressing and repairing production breakdowns.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of a proactive PPM system.
- Being an integral player in establishing new manufacturing processes.
- Supporting and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Completing necessary documentation meticulously.
- Upholding Health & Safety standards diligently.
Are You the Right Fit?
- You have completed a time-served apprenticeship within a manufacturing setting.
- You will be multi-skilled and have an electrical bias, possessing some mechanical maintenance skills.
- You have or are keen to develop PLC fault-finding skills.
What's In It for You?
A comprehensive package includes a £42,500 salary (including shift allowance) + £1,500 of guaranteed overtime and circa £3,000 of potential overtime annually, pension plan, healthcare benefits, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, etc.
Working Hours That Work for You:
A shift pattern that includes mornings (6am-2pm), nights (10pm-6am), and afternoons (2pm-10pm), with night shifts commencing on Sunday evening and finishing Friday morning, keeping your weekend free!
