Are you hands-on, practical, and confident working at height or with tools? Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? This Maintenance Support opportunity offers immediate temporary cover within a well-established manufacturing environment.
As Maintenance Support, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team keeping essential site services and machinery running smoothly.
As Maintenance Support, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on air-operated hand tools and power tools
- Conducting electrical testing and repairs up to 240v single phase
- Maintaining and replacing welding gas cylinder lines, torches, and gauges
- Carrying out site services and machinery repairs, including compressors and air pressure lines
- Supporting cleaning duties and manual handling operations, including ladder and step work
As Maintenance Support, your experience will include:
- Familiarity with site services and facilities maintenance
- Previous experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Confident use of Outlook and Word
- Comfortable working at height and performing manual handling tasks
- Understanding of health and safety procedures, especially around water systems and electrical safety
