Are you an organised, detail-oriented logistics professional ready to take on a key role in an international supply chain? We're looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic operations team - managing the flow of goods between our manufacturing site in Spain and our 3PL warehouse in France.

What You'll Do

As our Shipping Clerk, you'll be the vital link ensuring goods move smoothly, accurately, and on time. You will:

Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments between Spain and France.

Liaise daily with freight forwarders and warehouse teams to ensure all shipments are arranged and completed On Time In Full (OTIF).

Create and verify all system-driven shipping documentation and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.

Ensure compliance with DOT and import/export regulations.

Communicate proactively with providers on order status (new, changed, or cancelled).

Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to meet customer needs and resolve issues quickly.

Use Microsoft Excel and data systems daily to track shipments, analyse data, and report performance to management.

Provide support to the wider Supply Chain and UK Shipping teams, including absence cover when required.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international logistics environment:

A strong, independent work ethic with excellent communication skills.

Proven understanding of warehouse and transportation operations and ERP systems.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and results.

Confident multitasking and prioritising high-profile shipments under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.

Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing and transport.

Good secondary education or degree required; French language skills are an advantage.
