We’re working in partnership with a growing organisation to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT-qualified individual to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Package Highlights:

About the Role:Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll be an integral part of the finance function, assisting across a range of key accounting activities. This role offers development opportunities and full support with further studies and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support preparation of monthly management accounts

  • Match purchase invoices to goods received and purchase orders

  • Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers

  • Assist with balance sheet maintenance and reconciliations

  • Support credit control activities and payment processing

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations

  • Assist with UK and overseas petty cash management

  • Help prepare payroll and contractor invoice processing

  • Maintain financial processes and procedure documentation

  • Support system updates (Caiman IQ) and monthly recharges

  • Contribute to year-end audit preparation

  • Prepare GRNI reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

About You:

  • Essential: AAT Qualified

  • Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Business Central

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-motivated and a strong team player
