CSCS Carded Landscapers/ Grounds Maintenance Operatives required for a Landscaping Contractor that carries out work on Private Domestic and Commercial Landscape Contracts. This role is mainly based in Essex but can require commuting further away and you would travel to the sites with our client in their Vans.
Duties include:
- Planting Shrubs and Plants
- Paving
- Hard and Soft Landscaping
- Hedge-cutting, Mowing, Strimming (must have experience in using 2-stroke and 4-stroke machines)
- General labouring to assist moving materials on site
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- DBS Check (Contracts can often be on Schools and Care Homes) is preferred for these roles
- Atleast 5 years Experience in Grounds Maintenance/ Landscaping/ Groundworks/ Machine Operating (CPCS/ NPORS Dumper and Digger Tickets Required for this)
- Own Transport to reliably commute (preferred but not essential as you can be collected from Epping Train Station
- Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (2x30minute unpaid Break) - 8 hours per day
Pay rate is dependent on experience and the candidates tickets, Start date ASAP with opportunity for on-going work for the right individual
You will be directly employed PAYE or CIS self employed by Barrett Contract Services Ltd with no umbrella companies involved.
