We're seeking a skilled and proactiveMaintenance Engineerto join their close-knit, high-performing team. This opportunity has come about due to a pipeline of new capital projects, ongoing technological upgrades, and a strategic push to enhance site reliability and reduce downtime.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to be part of a forward-thinking company investing heavily in the future of production technology.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the team to ensure reliability and productivity of equipment.
  • Ensuring preventative maintenance of the production machinery is carried out.
  • Inspecting tools and equipment to ensure safety.
  • Proactively diagnosing faults and anticipating any failures in order to reduce downtime.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken.
  • Ordering parts and liaison with contractors.
  • Identify common failure modes and areas for Reliability and Efficiency Improvement within Engineering and Production.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a preference in electrical bias
  • Proven experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing industries
