We're seeking a skilled and proactiveMaintenance Engineerto join their close-knit, high-performing team. This opportunity has come about due to a pipeline of new capital projects, ongoing technological upgrades, and a strategic push to enhance site reliability and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities
- Working with the team to ensure reliability and productivity of equipment.
- Ensuring preventative maintenance of the production machinery is carried out.
- Inspecting tools and equipment to ensure safety.
- Proactively diagnosing faults and anticipating any failures in order to reduce downtime.
- Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken.
- Ordering parts and liaison with contractors.
- Identify common failure modes and areas for Reliability and Efficiency Improvement within Engineering and Production.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a preference in electrical bias
- Proven experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing industries
- Eagerness to develop and progress
