Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Bognor Regis, PO1

Salary: OTE £35,000+ per annum

A well-regarded independent agency is looking for a driven and people-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team in Bognor Regis. This is a broad and dynamic role offering the opportunity to work across all areas of residential lettings.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new business leads and listing rental properties
• Liaising with landlords to win instructions and build long-term relationships
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Managing applications, offers, and tenant move-ins
• Delivering excellent client care to both landlords and tenants
• Handling canvassing campaigns and business development initiatives
• Creating opportunities for referrals and cross-selling services
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Adapting to varied tasks across all aspects of the lettings process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Strong IT skills and ability to use bespoke systems
• Confident, persuasive, and driven to achieve results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Natural problem-solver with attention to detail and organisational ability
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales, lettings, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
• Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and take ownership of responsibilities
