We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator/PA - this is a busy and varied role working for a successful and growing business. Below is an overview of some of the tasks you will support with:
- Providing PA support to Directors in the business
- Managing diaries, arranging and confirming meetings
- Booking travel and accommodation as needed
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Providing administrative support to the Finance Manager
- Ordering supplies for the office as needed
- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails
- Supporting with HR administration and preparation of payroll
